Little Ochi Seafood Restaurant
If you're craving authentic Caribbean flavors in the heart of South London, Little Ochi Seafood Restaurant might just be your next go-to spot. Nestled at 113 Dulwich Rd, London SE24 0NG, this unassuming eatery packs a bold punch when it comes to flavour, variety, and vibe. It’s a real gem if you're hunting for Caribbean seafood in London-especially if you're into Brown Stew Fish, Lobster Platters, or anything that swims and simmers in rich, spicy goodness.
The moment you step into Little Ochi, there’s a laid-back island vibe that hits you-think casual, friendly, and fuss-free. It's the kind of place you swing by when you want comfort food with Caribbean soul. Whether you're popping in for a quick solo lunch or sitting down with friends for dinner, the atmosphere is chilled but vibrant. The name "Little Ochi" pays homage to the fishing village in Jamaica, and the menu reflects that deep-rooted culinary tradition.
Steamed Fish Dinner is one of the house favourites, served up with the classic sides-rice and peas, plantains, and a fresh salad. For those who like it bold, the Hot Sauce here is not for the faint-hearted. The Brown Stew Fish is rich, thick, and perfectly seasoned, while the Lobster Platter is great for sharing (or not-no judgment).
Another standout is the Tilapia-grilled or fried to perfection, it’s crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Their Prawn Salad is a lighter choice but still delivers on flavour, and if you’re into comfort-style Caribbean eats, the Stew Fish and Dumpling combo is a must-try.
Many diners rave about the Lentil Soup, a hearty starter that's deeply seasoned and hits the spot on cold London days. If you’re looking to switch things up, the Couscous as a side offers a lighter balance to the richer mains.
Let’s not forget the drinks menu. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual beer, a chilled glass of wine, or something a little stronger like a Rum Punch, they’ve got you covered. Their bar offerings also include spirits and even cider, which pairs surprisingly well with the spicier seafood options.
Little Ochi works whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a proper evening meal. It’s especially popular for lunch and dinner, so don’t be surprised if it gets a bit busy around those peak hours. That said, the service tends to be quick, and you can always go for takeaway or delivery if you prefer enjoying your meal elsewhere.
One thing to note is the lack of a wheelchair-accessible car park, which might be a concern for some visitors. However, for most, the charm and taste make it well worth the visit.
Not everything on the menu is deep-fried or drenched in rich sauces (unless you want it to be). There are healthy options available too, which is great if you're trying to stick to a balanced diet but still want that Caribbean punch of flavour. Whether it’s grilled fish, salad-heavy plates, or lighter mains, you’ll find choices that cater to different dietary needs without sacrificing taste.
You can tell a lot about a restaurant by how often locals return-and Little Ochi has built a strong base of regulars who swear by their sea bass, rum cocktails, and that unforgettable house seasoning. It's also a solid pick if you're searching for Caribbean food delivery in London, with a reliable takeaway and delivery setup that doesn't skimp on quality.
So if your cravings are steering toward the islands-think spice, soul, and seafood-Little Ochi Seafood Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Come hungry.

There is cooked fish and there is cooked fish. The food is packed with flavour. My taste buds were dancing. The portions are very generous and the food is cooked fresh every time. I highly recommend this quaint restaurant to any fish lover. If you're not into fish, I'm sure they can convert you. Fantastic venue, fantastic food!!
one of my favourite seafood restaurants! the food is delicious and worth the wait for it to be cooked fresh. it can get quite crowded but feels very familiar, cozy and real
I like the food here really frustrating can not order on UBEREATS for the longest time Not sure if this issue is with restaurant or UBER. Staff at restaurant advised t me to try again 5-10 minutes. If you are paying UBEREATS to list then they need to fix. Costing you money and losing you business to substandard restaurants that will deliver junk food from much further away. Your lising comes up as delivery unavailable pick up only. So i can only get when passing through area if i catch you open. May want to consider hiring your own delivery driver.
Amazing sea food (Fish, lobster and Prawns). The fish is cooked to your preference, either fried or steamed. This is one of my favourite Caribbean spots in London. It brings you that Caribbean vibes. Overall, you just can't go wrong.
